Shipping & Returns


You have the following payment options:

  • Cash On Delivery – Czech Post
  • Money transfer to our account - you transfer the money and the goods will be shipped upon the money arriving on our account
  • By credit card through PayPal

It is not possible to use cash on delivery for international orders, please use the money transfer to pay for the goods.

Please note that international shipping charges are higher than those within the Czech Republic. We charge fees paid to the Czech Post/other carrier that are directly connected to your shipment plus a small handleing and packaging fee.

Claim submitting, processing, terms and conditions

A Customer using the services of Supplier or a person authorized by the Customer in writing has a right to submit a claim.
The claim can be submitted in writing either at the Suppliers address or by e-mail at info@kosimesnadno.cz 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or by telephone at  +420 773 497 017 between 8:30 AM and 5 PM.
All claims must be accompanied by: a copy of the sales invoice and/or a bill of delivery. The products have to be packed in original packaging and secured against damage in shipping and have to include all parts and accessories. The claim processing begins at the date the complete product is received at the company address.
We shall inform you within 7 days of receiving your claim.
The warranty is not valid for damages caused by:
Mishandled use
Mechanical damage or normal tear and wear
Elements (water, fire, lightning)
Malfunctions of this origin are not covered by the warranty.
Return of products is covered by paragraph 53 of Czech Law number 367/2000 Sb.


  • Czech Post

Business package  The shipment may be sent in a form of a business package. The shipments are delivered within 24 hours after shipping to your address. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be stored at your post office for 7 workdays.

  • Courier service

Courier service  - The shipment may be sent using a courier service. The shipments are delivered by 6PM the day following the day of shipping to your address.

Placing a claim for shipping services

The goods are delivered using shipping companies. Even though maximum care is used when handling your purchase, it is possible that the goods will be delivered damaged.
To ensure the goods are delivered in the best condition, please always check the packaging for any signs of damage and if you find any, inform the delivering personnel and do not accept the goods. Please state the condition on the Bill of Delivery. A claim has to be placed with our company within 24 hours after final delivery. After this time, it may not be possible to accept the claim. You can inform us either by phone at +420, by e-mail at info@kosimesnadno.cz. Please always state your contact information  (or attach photo documentation) when placing a claim. We will resolve the claim with the shipping service and inform you on future steps.
If you find a damage after opening the packaging, you are responsible to let us know about the damage within three working days after the delivery at +420 .
